First part of a 2 part installation to celebrate the opening of the WRB Bennett Bridge.
Installed in July 2009, This sculpture is named for the gentle breezes that blow across the Okanagan Lake bringing luck and prosperity to the region.
The second installation will include refurbished sections of the old bridge set into the landscape overlooking the lake.
